This feature requires Caller ID with Visual Call Waiting, a combined service available through your local telephone company. If you are already subscribing to Caller ID and Call Waiting as separate services , you need to request a subscription to Caller ID with Visual Call Waiting as a single, combined service. Such services are not available in all areas. These services may be called by different names by different local telephone service providers. There is a fee for each of these services and they may not be available in all areas. For this product to work properly, both your telephone and the telephone that the calling party is using must be in areas where Caller ID and Call Waiting services are available and the telephone companies must be using compatible equipment.
