Manufacturer warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from defects for a period of 1-Year for NEW equipment, 90-days for refurbished equipment from the date of purchase. Under this Limited Warranty, buyer is entitled to Advance Replacement of NEW products for 1-Year, refurbished products for 90-days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of Advanced Replacement equipment, buyer shall be responsible in returning defective product still covered under this warranty within 15 days.

Most orders placed by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (Monday - Friday) are shipped same day via UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the type of service and delivery location. A tracking number is available within 24 business hours of placing your order.
Orders placed directly on our website are scheduled to be shipped via GROUND service and delivered within 3-7 business days.
For EXPRESS Shipping (overnight & 2-day) please note in the "comments" field when placing your order that you need Overnight, 2-day, etc. Your credit card will be adjusted accordingly for the additional shipping charges.
Our central location is based out of Wisconsin. Most of our equipment will ship out of Wisconsin but in some cases certain items may be shipped from our other remote warehouses, located throughout the United States and Canada.
currently ships within the United States and Canada. Customers requiring shipments to Canada are responsible for any additional Canadian customs, taxes and or tariffs. Additionally, shipments to Hawaii/Alaska will be shipped via 2 or 3 day air. Shipping charges may be adjusted to reflect this additional cost.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS; A 15-20% restocking fee will be assessed. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number issued by a customer service representative.
Merchandise that is shipped and refused will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
